Please note: while free standard shipping is available (3–7 business days), delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Orders shipped to states outside of the contiguous 48 (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) may not always qualify for free shipping. PO Boxes may also require additional shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

We offer regular international shipping to most countries. We also ship to both the UK and EU. To make delivery seamless, we’ve partnered with Passport Shipping.

For UK orders under £135, and EU orders under €150, Passport will act as the Seller. This partnership ensures your order clears customs smoothly and gets to you without extra hassle.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

To ensure a smoother delivery experience, all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so your package won’t be delayed or held by customs.

Please note that duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities in each country and may vary depending on the destination and the type of product.


When will I receive my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can follow your delivery every step of the way on your Freebird tracking page.

International orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll see an estimated delivery date right on your tracking page.
If your package appears to pause in transit, don’t worry—it’s still on the way. Most often, this happens while it’s clearing customs. In some cases, delays may also be caused by weather or other transit issues. Your tracking page will always display the most up-to-date shipping status.


Returns

We stand behind every Freebird product and want you to feel confident using them. All purchases from Freebird come with a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Purchases from authorized retailers (like Amazon): Their return policies apply. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.
  • Purchases from unauthorized retailers: These are not covered by our return policy.

If you’d like to return only part of your order, we’ll refund the purchase price of each item you send back.

 

Returns Eligibility

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request. 

  • FlexSeries & Bundles & Accessories - All FlexSeries, Starter Kits, and Accessories must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Blade Refills - All blade refills must be returned unopened in new condition.
  • Shave Essentials & Skincare - All consumable products including pre-shave oil, shaving cream, aftershave lotion, cleanser, moisturizer, and toner - must be at least three quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

How to Process a Return

    1. Fill out our contact form or email hello@myfreebird.com with your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange, so we can confirm your eligibility for a return and connect you with a support specialist.
    2. Once your return request is approved, our support specialist will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
    3. Place the items you would like to return in the original packaging, with all components just as you received them.
    4. Email our team once your return has been dropped off at the post office.
    Your funds (mins the $7.95 Return Shipping Fee) will be deposited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

     

    Exchanges

    Exchanges can also only be made during the 30-day trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send our help team an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request. 

    Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange.
